AgentDesk collects WhatsApp messages and contact information that users voluntarily provide during conversations. This includes name, property preferences, budget range, and chat history.
We use collected information to provide property agent CRM services, including lead scoring, follow-up reminders, and customer profile generation for real estate agents in Johor Bahru, Malaysia.
Your data is stored securely in Supabase PostgreSQL database. We do not share your data with third parties.
We access WhatsApp messages through Meta's official Cloud API. We only process messages sent to our business number. We do not access messages outside of this scope.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. We will respond within 30 days.
